In the world that we live in today, it's amazing that we live as long as we do. The fact is, we subject our bodies to so many harmful elements that it makes it difficult for the body to function as it should. Imagine all the food that we eat and the amounts of chemicals that are injected into them, or the produce is covered in chemical pesticides area that's why a detox diet is extremely important.
All of these harmful chemicals enter the body, causing all kinds of problems because the organs are just too busy trying to handle the chemicals properly. That means that they aren't fully able to do their normal functions. This is how diseases are caused.
The water we drink and the air we breathe are full of pollutants as well. Factor in the other poor food choices we make, as well as bad habits we have, and we have a recipe for disaster.
