The Truth About Six Pack Abs Review – Does It Work?

As you'll probably guess from the wording of this review, I have tried the Truth About Six Pack Abs. Was it what I was expecting? Not completely. Did it let me down? Not at all, quite the opposite actually.

When I first found the Truth About Abs I was already very active. I was working out at east 5 days per week, and sometimes even twice in a day. I was also watching what I ate very closely. But despite all of this effort I was unable to get the results I thought I deserved.

The program taught me to be much more efficient with my time, by using the right exercises to get results. And it helped me make informed decisions on the foods I should be eating.

As crazy as it might sound, I've actually been able to achieve better results with less time at the gym. Another big lesson for me was eating too little was actually harming my body's ability to burn belly fat.

Program Features: The Exercises

We've all been taught that the best way to tone up, and bulk up areas of our body is to focus on exercises that target specific muscle groups. Examples of this are bicep curls, crunches and any of those machines that target specific areas of your legs. But these exercises actually burn very few calories during and after each workout.
