Another important thing about eating is to have more regular meal instead of your conventional 3 meals a day, this way your body's metabolism rate can work even faster and on a more regular basis. It won't be long before you start noticing the differences in your body.

That being said, there are some differences between these exercises as some of them are of higher intensity than other, higher intensity one will leave you gasping for air whereas low intensity workout will usually not.
