Is Chronic Sickness Preventing You From Getting In Shape?
When you are losing fat at an aggressive rate, your body is more at risk for infection and sickness. And once you get sick you will not be able to continue dieting will full intensity.
And the bad news here is that many people are doing things that put them more at risk for getting sick when trying to transform their bodies.
So, here is how to make sure you don't suffer from chronic sickness when trying to get in shape:

1. Don't let anything decrease your quality of sleep: Your body can only handle so many stressors at once. And if you lift weights, restrict calories and restrict sleep, you will break down. It's just a matter of time. So never let your sleep quality decrease when you are losing weight.
2. Eat every couple of hours: This is the safest way to eat when you are restricting calories. You see, when you eat every couple of hours you prevent your body from being in a catabolic state for extended periods of time.
3. Be mindful of the amount of cardio you do: Too much cardio does more harm than good here. You see, cardio breaks down your body. And weight lifting also breaks down your body. If you combine the two you might not be able to fully recover from exercise.
4. Eat before bed: Eating before bed is not going to doom you to weight gain. In fact, it can help you recover while you sleep and prevent early morning hypoglycemia. The key here is to make your meal much smaller than usual and avoid large amounts of carbs.
5. Rest when you feel the symptoms of sickness taking over: You do not want to work through the pain here. If you do you could end up very sick. Once you feel the sickness creeping up, increase your caloric intake and get lots of rest.
6. Eat lots of vegetables: Don't fall into the trap of taking horse pill sized anti oxidant supplements because you think they will safeguard you. Instead, get your anti oxidants and vitamins from vegetables and other whole foods.
Getting sick when you are on a diet is the worst feeling in the world and it can set you back many steps. So take action on this advice sooner rather than later!
