The second tip is to give yourself between two and four cheating days a month. Either every weekend, or every other weekend. No matter which eating plan you choose, there's going to be some foods that you want to eat, but can't. Give yourself a couple hours on Saturday, or whenever, and just binge like there's no tomorrow. Tip number three is to only eat three meals a day, and avoid eating after six or seven PM if at all possible. The best weight loss when you body switches from burning digested food for energy to burning stored fat for energy. If you eat little snacks throughout the day, no matter how healthy, you are keeping your body from switching over into fat burning mode. At the very least, by not eating after 6 PM, you are giving your body a good long stretch where it absolutely has to burn fat for energy.
The last tip is to get some exercise. Any exercise will do, so long as you do it consistently. It doesn't matter if it's walking around the block, or running ten miles every night when you get home. So long as you are consistent, you'll see some positive results.
When you apply these ideas most of the times, you really can't fail. Eat three healthy meals a day, avoid most snacks, exercise most days, and don't rush yourself, and you'll do fine.
